- Take a large pot and place the potatoes and fill water for covering them. Boil and cook for 20 minutes or till pierced easily with a fork. Drain and put aside for cooling.
- After boiling is done, turn the heat low to simmer and cook till fork soft for almost 5-8 minutes. Drain and wash with cold water. Take a baking sheet and spread to dry. Allow it to cool down for 15 minutes.
