  • Firstly set the oven for preheating to 350 F.
  • Next in a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt and put it for later use.
  • In another bowl, add softened butter with sugar and mix them well. Mix until the mixture is smooth and looks creamy.
  • Now add vanilla extract and eggs.
  • Blend all the mixture well.
  • After it is mixed well, start adding a dry mixture of flour baking soda and salt to this butter mixture.
  • Keep adding until a dough is formed.

  • Mix the flour, baking soda, cornstarch and salt in a bowl and leave it for later use
  • In another bowl, mix the white and brown sugar with the melted butter. Mix them well until no sugar granules are left behind.
  • First, add the egg and mix. And then add the egg yolk.
  • Add the vanilla extract.
  • Then add this melted butter mixture in the flour mixture and mix them thoroughly.
  • The mixture will be very soft due to the products added, but it will be thick.
  • Now add the chocolate chips and mix them well as they will don’t easily mix up with the dough due to the grease.
  • Here comes the secret point. Cover the dough and put it in a refrigerator for a minimum of 2 to 3 hours and a maximum of 3 to 4 days.
  • After the given time, take the dough out and put it in room temperature for about 10 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 325 F
  • Roll the dough into the balls. Try to make the balls rounded rather than thin.
  • Place these balls on the cookie sheets.
  • Bake the cookies for 12 to 13 minutes.
  • Allow cooling on the cookie sheet for 10 minutes.
